Waffle Recipe * MAKES ONLY 6, RECOMMENDED TO DOUBLE IT. For the waffles, the ingredients are slightly different. You’ll need: 1 Egg 2 tablespoons of butter or oil (melted) 1 cup milk 1 cup of gluten-free pancake mix Once you have the ingredients, follow these instructions: Preheat your waffle iron as you usually would Add the milk and butter/oil to a bowl and mix. Gradually add the milk. Then add the pancake mix and combine until a smooth consistency is reached. Add more milk if necessary Pour the batter onto the waffle iron and cook for around 7-10 minutes You can add any toppings to the pancakes or waffles to make them your own!
